Our team is part of the Kasselman family, whom we consider to be our biggest asset. As a unit the Kasselman family craft and cure Kasselshoop’s traditional cheese with love and passion.
Jonathan Hendricks and Warren Phipson, cheese makers honed their skills in France. These trainee cheese makers augmented their cheese making skills with knowledge gleaned from the veritable European cheese masters. Jonathan (2011) and Warren(2013) left for Burgundy for practical training at various cheeseries, as well as theoretical tuition that includes modules on marketing and other commercial aspects of the industry. With a lot of enthusiasm these employees implement their knowledge at Kasselshoop.
